The chatfield corners owners association is still active and all governing documents are still in full effect. To save owners money, the Board of Directors entered into an agreement between the Owners Association and Metropolitan District granting the District power to administer the duties (DRB, covenant enforcement, etc.) usually done by the HOA. The Owners Association budget for 2023 is $0, and there are no dues for 2023. That does not mean that the Owners Association will not, at some point in the future, have a budget and need to charge dues again, although the Board is working very hard to make sure that does not happen.
