Chatfield Corners Metropolitan District

Attention Owners and Residents,

The raw water irrigation fee will be increasing to $45 on January 1, 2027. This fee is to cover increasing costs to maintain the system, in addition to future upgrades as the system ages.

 

Reminder: The fee does not pay for water consumed. 

 

Since its inception, Chatfield Corners has relied on the Town of Gypsum to bill for the raw water irrigation. The District will be moving to American Conservation & Billing Solutions(Amcobi) and will be changing to quarterly billing. You will receive a notice and introduction from Amcobi in a month or so. Please register and set up an account to make your quarterly payments.
