Chatfield Corners Metropolitan District

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., to
the customers of the Chatfield Corners Metropolitan District (“District”) and all other
interested persons that the Board of Directors of the District shall consider increasing the
District’s water rates effective January 1, 2027 at an open public meeting to be held at
6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at the Eagle Valley Rod and Gun Club, 100 Gun
Club Road, Gypsum, Eagle County, Colorado

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested party may appear at said
time and place for the purpose of providing input, comments or objections to the Board
regarding this matter. Information regarding the possible rate increase may be obtained
from the District’s accounting company, Marchetti & Weaver, LLC, 28 Second Street,
Suite 213, Edwards, Colorado.
